Help Strike Back Against Rath

Those of you who have been reading AIDS Combat Zone for long will know that I have been very critical of Matthias Rath and the Rath Health Foundation. Rath is a physician yet he openly encourages AIDS and Cancer patients to discontinue proven medical treatments in favor of high doses of vitamin and mineral supplements, which he happens to sell over the internet. He has accused drug manufactures of "genocide" against the African continent, and compared the actions of AIDS service organizations to Nazis. His advertisements, which have appeared in newspapers around the world, draw false conclusions from Harvard medical research, and have drawn heavy criticism from those researchers. South Africa's advertising authority has recently ordered Rath to change the content of his ads, but he has continued running them.

Matthias Rath's strategy has been to bypass scientific research and instead wage an illegal marketing campaign that profits off of Africa's desperate victims of HIV/AIDS. As a countermeasure, AIDS Combat Zone is launching a Google Bomb campaign against Matthias Rath and his Foundation. Participating is easy. Simply copy and paste the below HTML into any page of your blog or website and you're done. The result will be that anyone doing an internet search for "Matthias Rath" will be more likely to show these pages than Rath's own misleading sites. As of today, only one site in the top ten search results for "Matthias Rath" is critical of Rath's undertakings. If this bomb is successful, a search for "Matthias Rath" will bring up critical articles instead of sympathetic ones. Join me in reigning in this man's unscrupulous efforts to make money from helpless AIDS victims, and spread the word to others.
